ASL & Deaf Studies student in cubical

Housed on the 2nd floor of the UVU library (LI 212), the ACIPP (Advanced Certification Interpreter Preparation Program) lab was established to train novice interpreters in the skills necessary to obtain advanced certification. Recently, the use of the lab has been expanded to include students enrolled in interpreting classes at UVU; reflecting this change, we now refer to it simply as the Interpreting Lab. The lab is also used for ASL 3000, Technology for Deaf Studies. Uses for other upper division classes are approved on a project by project basis.
